I wonder if anyone on the Python team did a safety audit before he dived into the water?

Andrew, In my post about Teddington Plaques, I reported that there is an unofficial "Blue Plaque" recording the event located inside the locked hut by the Launch Lock which is in your picture. There is also a photo showing the sketch, signed by Michael Palin, inside the lock keeper's office.
