I think this is the most stirring canal photograph I've ever taken. This is the sort of graffiti I can applaud, and it's not even by Banksy. I like the texture of the stone, but that's not what's special for me.

If only every canal bridge was as artfully and as discreetly graffitied as this. The picture shows the steerer of Ownerships boat Endeavour displaying a will of iron by not stopping.
In the distance on the left is Granny Buttons. I didn't have the same level of willpower. I can never go far past such a sign without tying up.
