Boat wots to rent in Hanwell

An interesting ad's just gone up on Gumtree for a 'Narrow Boat To Let As Live Aboard (£650 pcm)' , location 'Hanwell'. 

From the pictures it does look really nice inside.  But it's described even more floridly:

I particularly like the bit that begins "living on a boat is a very cheap way to live as you have no extra bills..." and "a bit of diesel 63p per litter". 

And presumably BW's London moorings & licensing people will particularly like "the boat will be wot we call consted cruising if you have to move up & down the river ever 2 or 3 weeks".
