Somerton Deep Lock cottage sold at auction last night for £213,000. That's a slight premium on the guide price, but not much.
For those with dreams of a peaceful backs-to-the-world retirement that might seem a bargain.
Hyacinth Bucket would probably hate it. All those nasty old boats rising up through your front lawn!
