Internet marketing maven Seth Godin has started a clever meme (I assume he started it): [Inter]National tell-a-friend-about-blogs Week.
A great idea, and I'll try to do my bit. He writes:
Why not put up a post encouraging your readers to participate in national tell-a-friend-about-blogs week? And if you don't, how about sending an email to ten colleagues (just ten, no need to be greedy) and introduce them to your favorite blogs.
I guess he means 'tell a friend who doesn't know what blogs are, or how they work, about the concept and their uses'. Unfortunately, thanks to the wonder of blog comments and trackbacks, I suspect it'll end up as 'Tell-another-blogger-about-your-own-blog Week' !
