I would like to comment on your article about reporting boats unlicensed well what about when british waterways lose the damn paperwork this happens to me everyear. I still am waiting for my licence since Sept and I feel people clearly point the finger not to mention when you get letters saying they might tow you away. Not impressed with the quality of administration why cant we get licences from any bw office/stopping station etc
